J.B. FIELDS JR. DRAGSTER NHRA 1998 NATIONAL CHAMPION

J.B. has won 3 IHRA JR. PRO WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS, 1 JR. PRO Spring Nationals Championship, 3 Track Championships, held fastest E.T. Track Records at Mason Co. Dragstrip and Cole Co. Dragstrip in 1996, 1997, 1998 . He has won over 125 Trophies and Awards including an Award From Spitzer for Outstanding Achievment in Drag Racing. His most recent Win was the NHRA JR. DRAGSTER NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP at INDIANAPPOLIS, IND. He is currently racing Mason Co. Dragstrip and Rt. 66 Dragstrip. as his home tracks. J. B. plays Basketball for Union Mission Youth center and Baseball for Tremont, IL. He started racing in 1995 at 9 years old and is 13 now and starting his 5th. year of racing.

This is our Team . As you can see the whole family is involved. In the begining it was just Grampa Willie and J.B. but before long the whole family was involved. Grampa Willie is the owner, Crew Chief and Engine builder. Cousin Cassi started racing in 1998 at 9 years old and is following in J.B.'s footsteps . She was Runner Up at IHRA Nationals at Norwalk, Ohio and Track Champion Runner Up at Mason Co. Dragstrip and Runner Up at Fire Cracker Nationals at Bunker Hill all in her first year of racing. She is racing Rt. 66 as her Home Track this year.
